Default My experience with Behringer

I just wanted to relay my ongoing experience with Behringer. I purchased a Behringer amplifier in January that is still under warranty through 2010. It started malfunctioning and I contacted them to get it repaired or replaced under the warranty. I was given the email address [email protected] to send my receipt too. That email address was returned to me as undeliverable. I call again, wait on hold and was then given another email address [email protected]. This email address was also undeliverable. I CALL AGAIN the next day and complained about the situation and told him letter for letter character for character the addresses I have been given. He said that they recently changed their email addresses and there must have been some confusion and gives me the following address [email protected]. Well guess what? That address is also undeliverable. I suppose I could call again today and get another completely different address that is also undeliverable. Each time I call I am told THIS is the warranty service address, look how different they all are! Apparently no one at Behringer wants to service their warranty claims, I will never buy another Behringer product again.

FWIW I find the QC on their products completely inconsistant anyway, you are well staying clear.
Cheap is only cheap when you don't have to constantly replace the stuff.
