If you installed a zero glide, it sits embedded in the nut so there is no adjustment necessary. If you have one built in, i.e. a true zero fret, I would assume the builder would adjust the bridge/saddle position accordingly. Actually I'd assume they would have the neck extend into the headstock slightly, rather than move the bridge.
