You hate doughnuts? How do you make your fingers stick to the fretboard?

Toasted coconut.... Chocolate, no icing or fillings. Sometimes a good old fashioned.

What's not to like,

I used to down about 6 at a time. Now I try 1 a few times a year and half way through I think it tastes awful and toss it away. They don't make them like they used too, or I got used to eating better.

I don't like a dreadnaught while eating doughnuts, but taken individually love them both.

But do you dunk your dreadnaught in your coffee? Or try to tune your donut? Inquiring minds want to know!

Very occasionally we go to an open air Sunday market where there is a doughnut maker selling from a van.

They smell sickening to me.

I've never had much of a sweet tooth - I used to like chocolate covered biscuits or custard creams with tea, and sometimes we'd go to a coffee house and I'd maybe have some carrot cake.

there used to be a family story about me when I was at a birthday party at about aged four. The host came to all these little kids with sweets and asked me what I'd like and I said ... "can have a sausage please?"

Since I had my cancer treatment and lost my saliva glands and a lot of my taste buds, I am more attracted to sweet and sour things so I have large dollops of honey on my morning porridge and/or on greek yoghurt.

Doughnuts ? I used to be able to eat the ones filled with jam but I'd try to scrape the sugar coating off first. Ugh - greasy and overly sweet. Noooo.

My eating philosophy is "Eat what makes you stronger. Don't eat what makes you weaker." Every ingredient of a doughnut is poison. Doughnuts are far too sweet and make me feel like crap.

OTH, I like fried fat as much as anybody. I thank Providence for slow-cooked, uncured, bacon. Bacon tastes better (than almost everything) and makes me feel strong and energetic.

I try to stay away from donut shops, they attract police.

Sorry, but three pages of donuts without a cop joke isn't reasonable.
