trying something a little different....
I had a passive I-beam installed in my new Webber today, and tomorrow I'm getting a Presonus BlueTube DP that I'm going to run on my condensor for my guitar on one channel, and the Baggs on the other. I've been trying different mics out, and the AT3031 is by far the best bang for the buck. I'm just hoping for a little more of everything regarding the mic, but I've never tried a Baggs through something like the Presonus before. Should be interesting.
Anyone else tried this?

for anyone interested, this worked out quite well. Very nice sound out of the I-beam and it required just a little adjustment. I'm running it with an unbalanced cable right now (from the Presonus to the powered mixer) but will probably get another balanced cable to make it sound even better.
The beauty of this is, for the price of a PARA DI, I also got a nice quality mic preamp in the same box!! My Yamaha EMX512SC only had 15v phantom, so I'm no longer limited on what mics I can use as well! Happy I made the move....
