Recommended Sound hole pickup w/ Fishman Aura Spectrum DI
I just got a 53’ J-50 and want to put a sound hole pickup in that will sound good through the Fishman Aura Spectrum DI imaging. I know some may not be fans, but my last guitar had a Fishman Matrix UST and when ran through the Aura and when dialed in correctly, it sound great.
I would like to put another Matrix UST in this one, but it has a really long saddle (see below) and I doubt it would work properly. So, now I need some help finding a good sound hole pickup for this particular DI. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

The Aura Spectrum works best with an undersaddle Fishman pickup. It says in their blurb that it is for soundhole pickups as well, but you could try it but... I never had any luck and I have owned Aura boxes since the year dot.
With the Baggs M80, the pickup senses the body of the guitar and if you buy the Baggs M80, you will find if you like the M80 sound, you won't need the Aura. You will need an EQ box instead! BluesKing777.
