Just be aware that the colored options (all of them) on the standard twill carbon is quite a bit darker in almost all 'normal' lighting than you see on the Emerald vanity photos. Anything but direct sunlight, flash photography or stage lights and the color is very muted. Same with the most of the darker woody tops, for that matter.

Jon - in answer to your second question …. I live in Alaska and have played in toasty dry weather (80-90 degrees in the summer) and -20 or colder in the winter without any problems and then I’ve traveled with it to warm humid climates (Virginia in the summer) and my X20-12 just doesn’t care! It’s got a wonderful veneer as well. Weather? Bah ….
