To put any music on a CD, either you WILL use a computer (witha CD burner), or you have to get a recorder with a built-in CD burner. Is there some reason you don't want to use a computer?
The Tascam DP-03 would be about the cheapest option with a burner built-in.

you might want to start with tascam, zoom, sony, and boss. they have various types of recorders that may meet your needs.
play music!
