Don't know if I posted this. But my best friend got this dope Anderson.

It's an Icon T custom. Got Bullitt Green and matching headstock. Then the chocolate maple neck which is a baked neck. Pics are below

Next on his list is a Grosh Mos Retro or Suhr Strat lol. This one is an ideal guitar for worship!

Very nice! Out of curiosity...what qualifies a guitar to be “ideal for worship”...

Just has loads of sustain and cuts really well. I think single coils are much better and more "soulful" than even the best humbuckers.

Hmmm. I’m sure opinions will vary on that. I’ve lead a large team for many years, and have had my share of guitars. Both single coil and humbuckers. I guess it depends upon the guitar, and the player.

For me, I seem to go through different phases. Periods of humbuckers, and periods of single coils. Even a “season” of P-90’s.

I agree resonance and cutting through are important, but I’m not certain that I can agree that single coils are more “soulful”.

Tone is definitely subjective. So, “to each his own” I suppose. Nevertheless your friend has great taste in guitars. All the best.

Love the matching head stock. I wish Fender would do this.

I honestly think that Fender CS is bring scorched by Suhr, Grosh, Anderson.

Similiar money for a nicer guitar imho.

This custom was 3500 and on shelves non stock the Icon T is like 3200.

Sorry, I guess I'm just a Fender snob. Always stayed away from Squiers.
