Default It’s a gorgeous day to play outside!

72 degrees, low humidity, deep blue skies! Budget priced Yamaha sounds great

Yep...I’m spending some quality backyard time with my faithful companion and my new custom shop Martin.

Looks awfully tempting! But Monday is cleaning day at our house...off to clean the toilets. Much rather being doing what you guys are!

Yesterday was the day for me - I was able to get well over an hour in between the front porch and the back deck. When that happens it's almost always a great day

Sounds like a great day with the guitar. As far as the weather... that's pretty much 250 to 300 days of the year here in SoCal. Enjoy it!

It's almost identical here in Virginia too. In fact the whole weekend. But I went for a hike instead

Yesterday was the nicest day of the year here. It was 62 F (it's been a cold Spring). I sat in my backyard and did some reading in the early evening sun. Very nice.

Horse - is that Columbus or FL?

Saturday, leeW and I played outside in my driveway for two hours. It got up to around 70 which was fine. We both plugged in to our Fishman amps and used microphones.
We did a complete set as if we were playing a gig and a few neighbors came around. Had a blast.

Yes, indeed, lovely days. But, if you have serious allergies, not so nice.
But I can't complain too much, I took my 2 seater out for a spin , put the top down and did some nice back-roads jaunting.

I lived/worked in Columbus for 3 years in the early 2000s. I liked it there, especially playing hockey games at the Nationwide Arena practice facility in the summer. I actually played a game on the Blue Jacket's game ice after our team watched one of their games.

I've been doing that a lot since early April. We've had a great spring in Georgia. Now that it's warming up during the day to around 90, I usually don't go outside to play until after supper.

Here in the deep south (of the UK) we have had increasingly hot sunny days since before lockdown - early March.
In the last week we've had August - in May.

Today (3rd June) - we have had ... clouds! and a little rain - not really enough to get the crops going but some.

We've even been asked to avoid washing cars etc.

Yesterday afternoon I thought it might be amusing to photograph my guitars in the garden (back yard) but gave up after these :

Beautiful. Where was that taken. It looks like so many beautiful places that I've hiked in the Old Dominion...
