Default 2019 Collings D1 w/Baked Sitka top and 1 3/4" nut SOLD

For sale is my 2019 Collings D1. Custom features are a baked Sitka top and 1 3/4" nut, all other features are standard D1. Aside from one small impression in the top, the guitar is mint. Frets are in excellent shape with minimal wear, action is right at 6/64" and 4/64" at the 12th fret with minimal relief and a tall saddle. Playability is exceptional.

I will say that if you haven't played a Collings with a baked Sitka top, you're missing out. I think the warmth of baked Sitka combined with the Collings "voice" makes an absolutely stellar combination. I look at this guitar as a more refined version of a D-18, and the craftsmanship is second to none.

Not really dying to sell this as it's one of my favorite dreads, but my D-MA gets most of the playing time lately.

AGF price is SOLD

Gorgeous guitar! I just bought my first Collings (see sig) and love it. I’ve had a D-18 and the Collings is in a whole different league. GLWTS!
