The result kind of surprise me. Since I've seen so many Mcpherson sable / touring model review in this forum, I expect the majority would be it. Also, Emerald offer so many custom option, it is expected to earn many vote of us.

I would have liked to design the poll so that it would show how many of each brand one currently owns, but I don't think that's possible. As for how many of a brand one has previously owned, I believe that would involve a separate poll for each brand...

It's the other way around for me. I have 3 Emeralds and 1 Rainsong.

Emerald would have the contemporary vote. However, Rainsong by virtue of its long history might have a long-term edge.

I have purchased five emeralds call me an X5, and X7, an Amicus, and two custom X 10 nylon string guitars. I still own One of the X10s and the Amicus, and have a custom Kestrel nylon string on order.

Surprised no-one else has remarked on the survey percentages adding up to 151.39%! Take the percent figures and the length of the bars with a huge grain of salt. Is this that new math they keep discussing?

I set up the poll so that folks like you who own multiple brands could respond with multiple brand choices. Ergo there will be more guitars than respondents and the total will exceed 100%....

I am surprised at the small number of Composite Acoustic owners. For a while CA was the hot carbon fiber guitar maker and everyone owned a Cargo, and then an Ox, and then................ Could it be that in the intervening years those people have passed their guitars to others who are not on the forum?
