Been on a Todd Rundgren kick lately. Revisiting Something/Anything. Also making my own Spotify playlist. Cant get enough of the song Just One victory.

Produced by Todd. I've seen the Hello People a couple of times, once at a concert an old friend of mine did during his concert production days, with Buzzy Linhart, Pure Prairie League, Hello People, and Todd with Utopia, on July 4th, 1974. Todd brought a crate full of fireworks in his helicopter for after the concert. The second time was when the Hello People opened a show with George Carlin in 1975.

Been listening to a pre-release of the new Jethro Tull album. Much more modern sounding, but classic Tull, despite it only being Mr Anderson now. Here's the official sample which dropped this week:

Not sure about this - almost unrecognisable from the original by Hamilton Camp, or perhaps the definitive reading by the Quicksilver Messenger Service:
I love most things Chris Thile does, but maybe I need more listenings to it, Thoughts?? |

Past few days it has been the new Kiefer Sutherland album, which came out this week, of which this is my early favourite:
Yes, so it's the classic 'Let It Be' or 'Farmhouse' progression, but it's a great driving song. Rest of the album is good too. Just waiting for the rearranged UK tour dates. |
