small acoustic guitar amp recommendations

I have a Fishmen loudbox mini acoustic amp for at home, but will eventually be having my Taylor quilted sapale GS mini live at my Mom's. To that end, I am wanting recommendations for a small little acoustic amp to live at her house that won't take a ton of extra space. Any recommendations are welcomed.

It's hard to beat a Loudbox Mini, I would pick up a clean used one for your Mom's place.

Second Mick's recommendation of the LB Mini.

If not, there is also a small Yamaha THR acoustic amp that would be unobtrusive.. I've no experience with them, but they get good reviews.

(edited to correct my mis-reading of the original post which supposed the OP was interested in performing at large venues. Apologies for cluttering up the bandwidth.)

I have noticed that Acoustic, Boss, and several other makers have offerings of Instrument/Mic amplifiers and some are very compact. Unfortunately, as they get smaller they give up features for modelling the sound.

I've had the Fishman Loudbox mini for a month and I'm delighted

My main reason for buying the Elite Acoustics D6-58 was the multiple channels that make playing in a duo possible. The sound and features are better as well, but the Loudbox Mini is really fine for an individual performer and far cheaper.

Having said that, the D6-58 is spectacular. The sound is more like you invited someone into your home studio than the typical live sound experience.

I think the Yamaha is the class of the really small amp catagory. Roland also makes one or two small ones.

Bugera AC60. Light, inexpensive & sounds very good. I've been using one for a couple years now & still very happy with it. I got mine as a second amp because I'm getting older & got tired of hauling my Genz-Benz Shenandoah 85 around to practice & performances. I use it as my guitar monitor & its perfect for that.

A great little amp that really does the job!

Call Dyke at Corson's (University Ave. store) and ask him if he's got a Roland Street Cube that you can try out.

I previously owned a Street Cube and now own the Cube EX, it's big brother. The smaller Street Cube is easier to stow away and still sounds great with an plugged in acoustic with its dual speakers and true stereo verb and chorus.

The Yamaha THR's are the size of a loaf of bread and are great for what they are which is small practice amp that is loaded with features.

ZT Lunchbox Acoustic amp is a killer little thing, size of a lunchbox and looks like one, hugely powerful despite its size.

For a tiny little amp for home practice, the Yamaha THR30ii or THR30iiA are hard to beat. I especially love the fact that it is also a bluetooth speaker.
