Yeah she's gonna make one fine guitar. Koa is such a beautiful wood.

That's one beauitful looking veneer. Guess you're gonna have to take up meditation or something to keep you calm until you receive it!

He could also just drink himself into a stupor. For sure, we have keep commiserating with the poor guy. Months, perhaps years, before he sees the object of his affection (or affliction). And the shipping hell--everyone from Ireland to here trying out the guitar before it gets moved along. I don't know how he survives such pressures.

Just got word that it's "in production line for sanding and polishing."

That's gotta mean that it's close to shipping. Right? Right???? RIGHT?!?!?!?!?

Just heard from Chloe with my final invoice; pictures come tomorrow, the guitar ships out Friday!!!

For those who have received shipments from Emerald in the States---what was the shipping time like?

The shipping time should be enough for Kramster to change the strings on his 26 guitars. Should be enough to let you know about all the diversions that happen now-a-days in shipping. Probably best that you stay away from here until the guitar arrives--and then show us your beauty.

6 weeks for the build? The shipping time may be longer than the build time.

Both of my Emeralds took 8 days - I am in Los Angeles so your mileage may vary. Congrats! I look forward to hearing how you like it.
