(not so) Fast Fox Trot (Buck Rag)
Hi guys,
here's my latest recording. Again not perfect but lord knows if I waited for it to be perfect I'd never post anything. Rev. Gary Davis' Fast Fox Trot (Buck Rag) on a Martin 000-28VS. From an arrangement by Ernie Hawkins. I hope you like it. Last edited by Guest 33123; 12-03-2018 at 07:30 PM. |

That was good Doug, good job. Your timing has vastly improved. These types of tunes are tough because there's that triplet feel and ahead of the beat feel to deal with.

Doug, you always nail these rags. They are timeless, and fantastic. Seventy five years ago. Seventy five years from now. An art form to master... nice job man.
U ever do Joplin The Sting?
