Default NGD - Huss & Dalton DM

This weekend i went to look for a new guitar, played some Martins,Collings and Santa Cruz and most sounded good/great. Then i noticed a Huss & Dalton DM, man what a sound is coming from this guitar. The build is flawless and the chords sound amazing. Very rare in Holland but i am glad i have this guitar in my collection. Very curious now for a TD-R with an aged top, not possible to buy here in the Netherlands unfortunatly. For now the DM is my main guitar.

congratulations!!

would love to see some pics if you can. I'm not very familiar with H&D. I have never played one and they are typically a bit out of my price range, but I would love to try one of these out.

Congrats on the new guitar - H&Ds seem to be finally getting to Europe now. As a recent owner of a H&D 12 string, I know where you are coming from regarding build quality. I have a feeling used prices may rise soon - IMO they are underpriced on the used market.

I am a 00 man myself, but the H&D 00 that I stumbled across used last year may just be my "grail guitar." Excellent playability and tone. I think the H&D folks are way underated. Congrats on your axe.

I actually picked up a DM a while ago as well, mostly because I was interested in long term playing next to my main H&D, the Pilgrim with baked Sitka and Sinker Mahogany. DM definitely has a very different voicing, more rounded and "ringy" - kind of like a cross between a Collings brightness and a more modern Bourgeois or high end Taylor sound. I'm really enjoying the variety of mahogany sounds.
