Default SOLD!!!!!!Pair AT 4050 microphones

Up for sale is a Pair of Audio Technica AT 4050 microphones
If you are not familiar with these, they are really good for just about anything. Especially nice for Acoustic Guitar and Vocals.

Stephen Wake uses a pair of AT 4050's for many of his albums. He gets a truly lovely recordings. Lstening to his excellent recordings is the reason why I purchased a pair. I have since moved on to a very expensive pair of Schoeps microphones & find these have just been sitting around. Thus I am selling them.

As you can see the mics themselves are in excellent condition. However the plastic cases have a slight tear in the seem. And the shock mounts have a few light marks on them(as they do not get put back in a case like the mics do.
Kept in California where the humidity levels are usually near Ideal. In smoke free atmosphere. I am the second owner. The first owner used them to record symphonies for his college.

Great deal on great microphones. One of the most underrated out there. Recorded my first few albums with a pair of these… Someone is gonna be very happy.

You are so right. These are great sounding on not just guitar, but just about everything else. Some engineers claim them to be their choice for desert island mics. Meaning if they could only choose just one mic to record everything with, these would be them.

I use one of these, as well as a pair of high-end Gefell M300 SDC's, and the 4050 hangs right in there! Sometimes it even wins out over the M300's. Great mic, and very versatile with the adjustable polar patterns and bass cut.
