I have a cedar topped SJ from 1997. I know you would prefer a spruce topped model, but you have been looking for a while without success. Let me know if you're interested.

I google Olson Guitar for Sale every day. It picks up most of them.
Dream Guitars usually has the most for sale, and they only have 2 right now. Good luck with your search. Why no cedar top ?

Having owned multiple Olson's, I think this price is right where it should be for a pretty basic SJ.
I've been watching an early Dred Olson hovering under $14k now. The 2 Olson parlor size guitars have been on the market for a long time. I guess it's all about the SJ size and the James Taylor connection.

Oh I'm not saying it's not a fair price, just expensive generally.
