Default USA Made Strings

Just curious: which companies manufacture strings exclusively in the USA?

Ernie Ball
D'Addario
Elixir, to name just three.
The steel and alloys may be imported though, not that it makes any difference.

These people have been making and selling guitar strings with their own brand for many years, and also make strings for other brands that are well known but will not divulge Mapes as their source. I think the deal is Mapes, in order to keep a conflict of interest at bay, won't divulge that information. The prices are for multiple sets.
