Default NGD and I’m a little worried.

Last week I picked up a new Mahogany GS Mini. Today this Martin DX1AE popped up online for $250. Came with hard case, Snark tuner, cord and new strings. Pretty good deal I think. Problem is this makes my 4th guitar and I’ve only been playing 10 months. I have to stop looking at sale ads.

So GAS has struck! If you have the money (and aren't using rent/food/utility money to buy them) and are enjoying them (and your partner isn't threatening to leave you over too many instruments,) you are fine.

The Hog Gs Mini is a good buy. Most popular top wood for gs mini in AGF according to poll done few months ago!

GAS is hard to manage when you’re in this forum...

Just joking on the worried part, I also have an addiction to vintage bicycles. So I sold a couple to pay for my new addiction. My wife says I recycle money, I usually just sell something to buy something new.

That is a good deal for the MartinX. The problem is that there will always be good deals out there and sometimes you just have to pass on them. You don't want to end up with a house full of good but low-level guitars.

If you want that Martin X, put one of your other guitars up for sale. I've found that selling is just as much fun as buying.

My first guitar is a Carlos Robelli, it’s crap but it’s my first so I don’t want to sell it. I absolutely love my 110, so that’s a keeper. It’s up in the air on the Mini, I’m having a tough time adapting to the small fret board.

Oh. It’s the reason a lot of people here cannot adapt to the gs mini because the nut is 1 11/16”. Unless you have small hands. You didn’t try it out before buying the Mini?

I’m done for awhile, spring is coming and I’ll get the bikes back on the road. My next guitar will be a high end one when I’m worthy.

I think I went thru 14 guitars in the first 2 years.
Sold my mini cause the nut and scale were just too small.
Selling my Yamaha LS6M today.
Leaves me with two.
Do got my eye on a new Eastman tho...

I’m still under the return policy with the Mini, so no money loss there.

Only 4. You do need to ramp up your GAS. Double up and you can possibly catch up.
