yes I do realize that, that's why I said "basically" in my earlier post. Basically, the M1a is supposed to be able to plug straight into a PA and be good. But I need to EQ it; also, I need to make it a bit hotter.

And I don't want the Para DI. I don't want parametric EQ. It's harder to do what I want with one. I need a graphic equalizer.

But I guess I would still need a DI for a ground lift and balanced out.
