Portland Guitar Introduction Special: 0 Lacewood Acoustic Guitar $1400
Hand built in the workshop of long time Portland Luthier, Jay Dickinson of Portland Guitar. This is in wonderful brand new condition and has never left the shop. It has been played a few times through the course of its life. It was turned on in mid 2018.
Small bodied, 13" lower bout, acoustic guitar, similar to a Martin 0. Lacewood was used for the back and sides. The fretboard, headstock, and bridge are indian rosewood. Fine spruce was used for the top and mahogany for the neck. Dancing leaves adorn the rosette and inside one can find an emblem of morning glory flowers. The neck is a thin, slipstream, D shape. The fret board is slightly larger than standard. The action is adjustable by screw through the heel stock so you can play it low one day and high the next. If there is buzz on a particular string eliminate it easily without the provided materials. This uses an innovative bracing pattern that has curved braces instead of a straight x -brace. This provides a new measure of responsiveness. Micro-tune your intonation with adjustable nuts and saddle similar to an electric guitar. Lifetime of warranty , tune-ups and upgrades. Hard shell case is included as well as a wood guitar stand. We stand behind our instruments 100%. The owner has a lifetime of access to Jay as your personal luthier for free reasonable repair work and upgrades . Built to last multiple generations, we want this guitar to embody you.
