Default Antique guitar

Hi folks,
I'm looking for any information on Farstone guitars, trade marked to be in Fargo, ND.
It's a parlor guitar that I have from about 1890. There's a wooden insignia inside stamped with the above info. Any help would be appreciated.
Best regards

My best guess would be it's a trade instrument, made cheaply by Lyon & Healey or one of the other large scale jobbers who manufactured musical instuments to receive the name of a local store to be sold as their "brand".

I'd gamble that "Farstone" was the name of a local store (or store brand...) that's mostly been forgotten over time.

The position marker on the 10th fret certainly indicates a pre-1920s guitar unless it was built by Oscar Schmidt or possibly Harmony.

I did see that Reverb ad. And while Lyon & Healy did market guitars under a number of brands such as Jupiter, I do not have a clue how the seller made the connection between Farstone and the Chicago jobber. That guitar also appeared on eBay a little while back.
