I would definitely get the Acoustic 100. I gigged with one for a couple of years and was really impressed with the sound. It got pretty loud too. I only moved it on because I was playing some noisy rooftop bar gigs in Gatlinburg, TN and needed more horsepower to be heard with 80-100 people up there laughing and drinking. I used it as a partial trade towards a Fishman Loudbox Performer. For small restaurant and pub gigs it was great. I actually think it sounded better than the Loudbox amps (I've had all 3 models) but it is not quite as durable. That pretty wood will scuff a little but that's not a much of a tradeoff to get really good sound.

I thought it was great for vocals. The effects are very clean and usable and the vocals sounded very full and lush.

I'd definitely get the 100. I love the look of the wood cabinet. I've played through one but when they first showed up a few people auditioned them here on AGF and reported they sounded really good, especially with vocals.

What happened to the beautiful wood amp cabs? Its looks like fender went with boxy dark tolex on their acoustic series.

I love the aesthetics of thoose wooden amps but would not buy an acoustic amp that couldnt run on batteries today.
