Default 2003 Bill Tippin Dreadnought - SOLD!

SOLD!

Over the past couple of years I have acquired some very nice, exceptional acoustic guitars that I had planned on hanging onto as my "keepers". Unfortunately, about three months ago I began experiencing pain in my right shoulder, and have been diagnosed with a debilitating arthritic condition that makes playing very painful after only a few minutes. After much consideration, I've decided that since I can no longer enjoy playing acoustic that I will liquidate all of my guitars. Sux...but my pain will allow these fine instruments to go to new homes where they can be enjoyed and played as they should be.

I will be listing each guitar individually here on AGF. The prices reflected are inclusive of PP and Shipping costs via FedEx Ground to CONUS (will ship to CON US only).

Each instrument is in excellent condition and has been meticulously maintained. If additional questions or pictures are desired, let me know and I will be more than happy to respond with answers and/or pictures.

If interested, please PM me or email me directly at [email protected] and I will respond promptly. Honest seller...done a lot of buying, selling and trading here and have never had a bad deal or unsatisfactory transaction. Made a lot of friends here, and my hope is that one day with therapy and meds the shoulder problem will subside enough to allow me to enjoy playing, but until then....my loss is your gain.

THIS LISTING IS FOR A 2003 Bill Tippin Dreadnought. This is absolutely one of the finest acoustic guitars I have owned. I may decide to keep it just in hope that I can one day play it again!

Specs:
Top Sitka Spruce
Back/Sides Amazon Rosewood
Nut: 1.75"
String Spacing: 2.25"
Condition: Very Good. The only issue to speak of is where the finish coat has sunken into the wood in a few areas on the back of the guitar. Looks like a very fine checks 2-3" long in a couple of places...but you would have to try hard to see them if I had not mentioned it. This was checked out by a professional luthier who confirmed it is just an odd anomaly in that area of the finish and is not a structural issue whatsoever. I also put a mirror and light inside the guitar...no cracks at all which confirms the luthier's condition statment. No other noticeable dings/scratches/dents. Very, very slight fretwear on cowboy chord frets (can hardly feel with fingernail...I would estimate frets at 95%+ on the first three frets).

A lot of inquiries on this one....might be the best deal on AGF right now! Look at comp prices on other Tippins for sale and you will see how well this one is priced. I can honestly say that the Tippin may be the finest acoustic I have owned, and the one that I really do not want to part with but must do to not really being able to play acoustic any longer. Is definitely a bucket-list, lifetime guitar! Hit me up if interested, may have a little wiggle room on price for a quick sale!
