natural............plays great and sounds great. I played thru several of these and settled on this one. It is extremely light and resonant. Only played at church a couple of times and lives in its case.

Props for this seller. I did a long distance trade with Cole and you can trust what he says. A man of integrity. Buy with confidence.

is this a regular J-35?

didn't realize that the stock J-35 had the cursive/script logo on the headstock. very cool. wonder if its always been that way. then again the 35 is the one that i'm least familiar with; when i saw the firestripe pickguard and the script logo i thought it might be some kind of reissue or altered spec, but after looking a bit it seems to be correct for the '18. haven't looked back much further than that.

very cool guitar, would love to have one in my collection, but my money is tied up in a J-45 Vintage at the moment.

good luck with your sale brother. hopefully you at least have something to play whie you're going to school. don't make the mistake(s) i did and sell off all your good gear when you're young.. definitely a few I wish that I could have back!

cheers

Scott

These are wonderful guitars, I love my J-35.

I also have a J-45, and they cover much different territory.

Everyone is too kind. This is a fantastic J-35. I have a 16 yr old Taylor that recently got a full refresh from them and it plays and sounds amazing. Therefore, this j-35 has to be sacrificed to financial freedom. My sweetwater card is too easy to use but it won’t pay my tuition! I really appreciate all the kind words. Message me if you have any questions. Have a good Lord’s day!

Good Word, man! Hope you had a great service, today.

I’m over to the left of you in Louisiana; sure wish I had someone who needed $1700 worth of yard work so I could drive over and take it off your hands lol! Until then, my old 510 will have to get me through as well :-)

these are typically awesome Gibsons. I sold mine a while back and miss it dearly. Having owned/performed work on some recent years 45's, birds, occasional L00, the 35 impressed me most. every one I've held is lighter in weight than any other Gibson slope I've handled. I think mine weighed in around 3.8 lbs. The tuners worked great, smooth, no slop, and due to having the AJ bracing, they have a tone that is well balanced and projects strong. Mine was extremely responsive to a light touch, but handled a driving right hand fine also.

NFI, I do not know the seller, most folks haven't played the 35 and walk past them. I think the best bang for the $ from Gibson.

good luck with the sale
