Default Horse's Brawl - medieval fingerstyle guitar

Although when I was looking at the internet the other day it said that this was written in 1589, I'm convinced I've seen it somewhere where it says it's from the 15th century. It has such a strong medieval flavour to it. I've added some Arabic lines in the middle, which lend themselves to the ancient vibe.
First tune I arranged, back around 2008. It's in DGDGAD tuning, it's a fine tuning, and one I keep coming back to. It's a G tuning really, works very well with a lot of the early music pieces I play.

Great Mike. Have you listened to David Surette's version?
It is a difficult piece to interpret because of its speed and rhythm.

Hi Mike,
'This is truly a beauty of a piece.
For such a timeless song, this tune sounds very modern, especially with your Arabic flare!
Your guitar playing is exquisite.
Your plant in front of you is simply soaking up the music and is so alive!!!
Thanks for sharing your talent with us!!!

Nice song and playing and recording. I picture some medieval dance music.

I really appreciate those kind words Rene, so glad you like the Arabic'interjection'. Maybe I should do all my videos with the plant. Thank you.
