CF guitar with full neck and fan frets?

My aging hands and surgically repaired back are forcing me to make changes in my guitars and my playing position. I’ve always favored vintage wood, but perhaps it’s time to embrace low maintenance CF. Problem is, I can’t seem to find a CF guitar with a big neck and fan frets. Both features help my hands avoid cramping. I’d also like an arm bevel.

I was going to order an x7 or x20, but Emerald no longer makes custom necks and their standard neck feels flat to me. Anyone now where I can find my next guitar?

I've never tried a Leviora carbon fiber guitar, only seen videos.
It appears they manufacture carbon fiber fan fret acoustic guitars.
May or may not be what your looking for.

You might wish to reach out to Emerald as they still occasionally do 'special'....they have fan frets on a 7 string so may consider doing it on a 6 string and they have certainly done different neck profiles in the past. Doesn't hurt to ask!

I was going to suggest much the same thing - fan frets are available through the Builder for many of their models, often with more than one choice.

The neck profile would be a custom request, though - and as stated above, it certainly doesn’t hurt to ask!

There’s a lot of info about Leviora in older posts, which the search function will help you find. I do seem to recall reading that he wasn’t building anymore, but I couldn’t find anything to substantiate that with a quick look.

Emailed with Kevin at Emerald a few times. He told me that he checked with Alistair about my desire for a custom neck and what options I might have. The response was that the x7 and x20 necks are the Emerald standard profile and that the profile has not been altered in the model revisions. No direct response to the idea of a custom neck. Kevin did confirm that a six string x7 or x20 with fan frets and the standard neck is doable.

So, the search continues.
