Great thread guys.., I do Harvest Moon live… it’s my favorite song to play! I loved this cover here. I won’t share mine here… I’ll try to add another. This one is older though… 5 years ago. Wow.

Listening to the last few submissions, I continue to be amazed at how beautifully some of y'all sing. Really lovely stuff.

I tend to go for Neil's funkier stuff. Last night I had the house to myself and sat down and ripped off a bunch of Neil's tunes, just one or two quick tracks each. Here are two of them from "Tonight's The Night", probably his rawest and most wasted album. FAR from his prettiest, but there's a raw painful honesty to it that makes it one of my absolute favorites. And, as messed up as he was making it, it's hard to screw up the vocals too horribly, so it kind of fits with my limited vocal skills. Both short and to the point. One loosely about a road trip and the other a tribute to open plagiarism - it's Lady Jane by the Stones with Neil's lyrics...

Ray I think your voice sounds very good. In tune with a dash of Dylan. I thoroughly enjoyed both tunes.
Ironic how critical of our voices we can be,
while those who cannot sing think they're awesome.
So sing on!
