I use a Taylor V-cable with volume control when I am not using wireless.
Works great and smooth.

Hi, I know it is an old thread.

But is there anyone who have successfully install a custom passive volume control for K&K pure mini? I mean a passive volume control where we put inside the guitar, not an external box.

If so, please let me know how to make it. Becauae no one sell the add ons in my country.

I have tried making it myself, but failed.

Here's what I do.
1. Using 1meg volume pot
2. Wire the pot to the jack and jack socket.

Result:
1. It works but very noisy, and only bareable when on max volume.
2. When I put on my pre amp (Zoom A3) and use the headphone monitor, it works perfectly. No noise and buzz. But when I connect it to my PA, the noise returns.

Any idea why is it happening? Well, I'm not a luthier, just a guitar player who wants a volume control on his guitar. ☺️

*Sorry for my bad english

Thanks before.

Not sure if anyone mentioned the K&K pre-phase on board pre amp? Its $109 on their site. Just a small soundhole unit with a volume knob and phase switch and 9v holder. I dont have personal experience with it, but sounds like what you may be looking for
