I'll clean them for you. LOL

What makes it a "Marquis"? Forgive my ignorance.
LOL. Thank you.

It will be easier to post a lick to the spec sheet then to type it out.

If you don't mind sharing, what did you use to cloth wrap the stands? It looks neat and tidy, unlike my cut up t shirts.
Thank You. Please check post #14 on how I did the covers

For fun, how do you rank those 3 if you had to?
Thank You,

I can give you tonal description of them. But to choose one over the other that would be like Sophie's choice.....Call me crazy but I truly love them all.

Collings = incredibly balanced with great note separation and very responsive to the lightest touch.

Martin D-41=very open and airy lots of shimmer lot's of volume rings like a church bell and a lot of sustain.

Martin D-28 Marquis= Lots of low end bass it rumbles. To me it has the quintessential Martin Rosewood dreadnought tone. Very powerful.

I have yet to play a D-28 Authentic, but they say those are the top of the food chain as far as tone goes but I like having a adjustable truss rod so I'm good with this.
