Acoustic guitar design
I am "new" here and want to post some photo's of my work (after I become a sponsor). I remember when I tried this before I found it impossible to actually load pics - I need a host of sorts, what host shall I use?

Once you are a sponsor, you will be able to post directly from your computer and not need a third party site.

Yes.
Easy with a laptop, don't know if it is different using a phone or tablet. What are you using. Flickr is free, up to a point. I don't remember the limit.

Is that you, Murray Kuun...?
LOVE your work! You’ll be posting in the Custom Shop sub-forum, I hope!

You need the url for the "image location," then paste that here between "img" "/img" tags. Or click the "insert image" button on the ribbon, which opens a little window to paste it in. (Right-click on the image in flickr to get "image location.")
Good luck!

I'm a Charter Member and am able to post directly from my computer.
You can practice to see if it will work for you by doing this: 1) Click "Post Reply" button (At the top or bottom of any the thread) 2) Click "Attachments" icon (Paperclip icon at top) 3) Click "Choose file" button (Find a picture in your files a click once on the picture) 4) Click "Upload" (wait a few seconds) 5) Position the cursor where you want the picture to appear in your post 6) Click "Attachments" icon, again 7) Click "Preview Post" (At the bottom of your new post) The picture will magically appear. If you don't want to post this (because you are only practising), exit the AGF or if you want to post, 8) Write at least 10 letters of reply and 9) Click "Submit Reply" (At the bottom of your new post) |
