Bending both sides at once
Any thoughts on this? I've built my own molds with heating blanket. Seems like there's no reason not to put both sides in the sandwich. Yes, the outer side will have a slightly larger radius (by the thickness of the side beneath it) but that seems like it would not be perceptible.
Thanks for your input! |

Nevermind. I just realized why that doesn't work. To align the grain properly. Duh!

Having said that, I don't think it will work as well as you might think. It would be an interesting experiment though. |

Flip one and bend them both, no problem. Just don't flip incorrectly DAMHIKT
Also, it's not exactly bigger, just offset by a side width. |

You won't get adequate heat penetration.
