I assume that instrumental covers are ok? I submit my fingerstyle arrangement of "Wonderful Tonight" then.

Was a lot of fun to do the harmonies even I didn't do them all that well... I definitely didn't learn their harmonies note from note, just did it from memory.
Wow! never heard that song before. Great song and performance. I thought the mix was just fine.

Well, have fun with that. I'll wait for December's theme.

Thanks - I stumbled upon that several years ago on her "Acoustic" EP - which I believe is now out of print(?).

The song grabbed me right away and I knew I had to do it!

Any bets on what % of songs covered are "Lola"? I always wanted to play it, but felt a little weird playing it on stage... now I've got a reason and a stage right here... Lola here we come.

Here is the first of my entries for this month: When God Dips His Pen of Love in My Heart, by Allison Krauss.

This was recorded with my Guild D125, tuned down a whole step and played out of the D position. It was recorded as a single take with my Zoom H4N. The room acoustics are horrible, sorry about that.

and, for those interested, here's what it should REALLY sound like ( I can't match this, sorry )

Default Lucky Man

Deb and I often do songs where we switch male and female leads, just to give old songs a new or different twist. Here is Deb singing the lead to Emerson, Lake and Palmer's song Lucky Man.
