Thanks folks, for your kind words.

I just realize I started this tradition exactly 20 years ago, with a 15 second clip of my - then - brand new Sony digital photo camera. Fifteen seconds was the maximum length for video clips, after which the recording would stop. So I had to time carefully, because there was no editing software yet.

I also realize this 1999 initiative got completely out of hand over the years, and sometimes took quite a bit of time and effort. This year it was July when I started learning that banjo solo! But your positive comments have always kept me going.
