Any recommendation for wireless pickup transmitter?
Recently, I am interested in having a wireless system. So I get to the local store and found a brandless wireless guitar plug that transfer signal through bluetooth. Although it is very cheap(around 40usd)I do not trust on brandless stuffs, so I decided to find any budget deals.
But end up finding the boxy thing that likely to connect to a microphone, likewise, the thing that highschool teacher carry around. So I am looking for a budgeted wireless transmitter, my budget is around 70usd |

In all honesty if that is your budget I would stay wired. My apologies to those members who have cheap wireless systems that they are happy with but in my experience with wireless technology you get what you pay for - and even then it is one more element that introduces a potential weak spot in a chain.
Why do you want to go wireless?

I too went the wireless route years ago.
i used a line6 g50. It works great and has been a solid performer for 6 yrs. Lately i've Gone back to wired although i haven't taken the g50 out of the pedal board yet. I think i paid 400 for it. but i see them used on ebay for half . |

I luckily bought a Fender FWG 1010 wireless rig from Sweetwater a few years back when they blew them out at $99. It's been faultless so far...

Well thanks all I think I should stay wired as wireless simply, how much you paid how good you can get. So I guess I would not consider wireless

Bluetooth has too much latency to be useable as wireless for live music. It's great for recorded music, but not live.
For smaller budgets, I'd look at the 2.4 GHz wifi range. I have an XVive U2 system that works pretty well. My electric rig I have an audio technica Stomp 10 rig that I like quite a bit. If I had more money, I'd probably be looking at Shure GLX-D. Hope that helps, Sean

I have a NUX B2 wireless system.
Was looking at the U2 XVive, but was told it wouldn't work with active electronics. The NUX was cheaper anyway. --Works GREAT with my Taylor ES2 equipped guitars. --Works GREAT with my Seymour Duncan Mag Mic equipped guitar. --Has a HORRIBLE "whine" interference with my LR Baggs Lyric equipped guitar. --Has a SLIGHT "whine" with my Schertler AG-6 equipped guitar, but only when the MIC is blended in. |

Thanks for pointing out the Nux B2! it's a very promising wireless kit indeed!
but I have 2 LR Baggs pickups a lyric and an anthem.. your experience with the Baggs doesn't sound too promising for my application.... |

FWIW
I just got an XVive last week. It screeches when plugged into my J45 and my OMJM. It works great with my Martin GPCPA1 and my Yamaha AC5R.

If you don’t already have a pickup, this is a great option. Especially if you are fond of the magnetic pickup plus mic sound. I really love mine. Right now it is my main gigging setup. |

I don't have any such pickups. From what I've read, I'd say no.
