TC Helicon Play Acoustic to VoiceLive 3 migration?

Hi

I have been wondering about upgrading from my Play Acoustic to a VoiceLive 3, primarily for the extra voices and the automated mic settings that are available on the bigger unit. Does anybody have experience of making this move? Is it worth it?
