Peterson StroboClip HDC or iStrobosoft?
Peterson StroboClip HDC or iStrobosoft, which is better?
Or are they both worth the same? Their prices differ alot... Additional question: the TC Polyclip shouldnŽt be bad,too - but what about its 12-string tuning? Any experiences to share? --------> I ordered both , try and decide when theyŽre here. Maybe IŽll keep both.

TC Electronics Unitune
The iStroboSoft app is useful for adjusting saddle intonation as it provides the deviation in cents. Other than that I much prefer a clip on tuner. That said, if I don’t have another tuner with me then having it on my phone is helpful.
The Stroboclip original tuner is good enough, but I much prefer the TC Electronics Unitune. The Polytune from the same company is equally good but more expensive due to its ‘check all the strings at the same time’ feature which has no use for me. Both models lock on to the tuning very quickly and hold the note, which the Strobocilp doesn’t in my experience. Tuning 12-string guitars is made much easier with either of these. Nearly everyone I’ve met who has used the clip on tuners from TC Electronics now prefers these to all other options. |

I sent the Stroboclip back and keep the polytune clip.
When I think of having need of iStroboSoft app IŽll buy it for my iPhone, but not now...
