Total Praise: 12-string unaccompanied
This song is usually sung by a huge choir. A staple in the black church and a real challenge to adapt to the guitar.

Well 4913 Bills...I am pretty sure that I heard a full choir singing in the background!!! I guess it was the singing overtones from your 12 Amigo...
Well done!!! |

Wow, Really lovely and the 12 string is perfect for this piece.

Very well done, Bil. Are you playing left-handed or is this a flipped video?

thanks so much
yeah - flipped video - haven't figured out how to video without flipping.
I put the guitar thru a bass amp that has a low note octave drop and then thru my Fender Rhodes to get the left-right panning effect. I use unison g strings and detune the highest three pairs to generate natural chorus effect. FWIW, I have two more videos on my Youtube channel, one w/ my nylon string. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-d5kqRfh6KQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujsSHxpLba4 |
