Default I hope these strings stick around, Martin Authentic, MA545SP medium/light

I love these particular strings. The unique set consists of in between string gauges. They are in between lights and mediums, and sound so much fuller than lights in the same format. Martin used to carry the same medium/light set in FX, but discontinued them. I hope that there are other fans of the MA545SP strings, and that if you haven't tried them yet you will. I'd hate to see them become extinct. They sound that great to my ear.

I also like strings between light and medium and will probably try these.

I currently use John Pearse New Medium strings or GHS True Medium strings. I like them equally but the GHS have better packaging for long term storage. Best price on Pearse is Shoreline Music. I get the GHS at Sweetwater.

I tried a set of the authentics, but I don't think it was the medium/lights. I'll have to keep them in mind next time I order strings. I'm using a set of GHS true mediums as well on my Avalon and they are decent strings.
