Contact Kevin ([email protected]) directly. The website "builder" will only take you so far. I have (full disclosure: ordered pre-builder) an X30 (25.4" to 27.1" fan) which I string as a baritone for AEADEA tuning and an X20 (24.9" to 26.1" (or so) fan) for DADGAD. Be prepared to wait for delivery since Alistair does all of the fan frets himself. Just ask...

Phil

The only model that has fan frets as standard is the X20-7. You’d really have to ask Emerald what custom possibilities exist these days - as Phil says, they have been done in the past, but things have changed since the Builder was implemented, and The Disease Which Shall Not Be Named has thrown another wrench into the works, apparently.

I asked a couple months back and was told by Kevin that the X20 and X30 were available as fan frets. The X20-7 comes standard in the FF configuration.

thanks Phil, i will contact Kevin.
i'd like something like your x20 (24.9>26) and i will use standard tuning
My actual x20 was one of the last made entirely by Alistair (during lockdown) and i waited more than 6 months it's ok to wait
