Help With a Tune? Margaret's Waltz

Can anyone out there give me some help learning this tune?? I have been all over the web and can't find any tab or the correct chords. I really like Bryan Sutton's version off his Bluegrass Guitar album. Thanks

Aly Bain is a Shetland Fiddler and this is a Shetland tune. He gives the name of the man who composed the tune. I can't quite make it out. Maybe you can.

The first time through, Bryan plays a pretty simple statement of the melody - w/just a little bit of left hand ornamentation & some crosspicking. And it's a nice slow tune to begin with; though I'd probably stick it in my slowdown software anyway, just so I could if I needed to.
