it's quite nice. i think the model name and nontraditional back/side woods make it a bit unique on paper. in your hands it's really nice and plays great. i don't know why Martin doesn't use jumbo frets on more models. bump

That K-35 is about as ideal a balance between economy and condition as I'm likely to see. Not nice to wish slow results on someone, but I kinda hope my guitars sell before it does. That could make me go off the wagon on dread sized guitars - particularly with the 1 3/4 nut. Regardless, good luck on your sale.
