Default Has anyone tried Martin metal pins in a Sable?

I wouldn't mind getting a few db more out of my Sable and I'm wondering if the liquid metal pins would have that result.

FYI: they don’t fit properly. But I think I liked the sound.

One might have thought by now, that if those pins were better, everyone would have swapped out their old pins for these. I haven't noticed a stampede towards them.
