Default Artistworks for free!

FYI - Check with your local library - I just discovered that I can access Artistworks lessons online with my library card.

I've also noted that Truefire will be sharing some of the Artistworks catalog in the upcoming months. Truefire, Artistworks and Jamplay are now under the same ownership.

That's great news. Can you access Artistworks via the online La County library or do you have to access via the library's computers? I have a library card.

Man, I wish this was available in my area. ArtistWorks is easily my favorite for online instruction. Where else can you interact directly with guys like Chris Eldridge and Bryan Sutton, whenever is convenient for you?

Blueser - My guess is that you can access this online with your library card from at home. Try going to the library website and I'll bet they have all the information that you need.

Along with e-books, e-magazines, music lessons, many libraries now offer genealogy databases, newspaper archives, and even 'Great Courses' lectures, all from home. The libraries of 2022 are diverse and constantly changing - ours even has a makerspace.

Have fun!

best,

Rick

Just wanted to clarify that it's the Los Angeles Public Library system that has ArtistWorks and NOT the Los Angeles COUNTY public library. Two different systems.

As I just looked into it, I wanted to add that it's through the Libby app, and lots of libraries have access to it... unfortunately, none of mine seem to.

Also, it is clarified that the free library version does not include the ability to upload videos for individual feedback (https://artistworksinc.zendesk.com/h...ibrary-system-)
