Default THGCo 2022 "Luna" in Mastergrade Cocobolo & Tunnel-14 Redwood

Hello again...this is the third guitar that I currently have available for adoption into a good family. Just like the other two, this is also a brand new guitar that was built for Tom Bowersox' BIG show held in New Braunfels, Texas. This is my "Luna" model...the body is similar to a Triple-0/Concert sized guitar...and it's the mid-size instrument in the Two Hands Guitar Company lineup. This guitar was given much love by the attendees at the show, and there are many people here on the forum who have played it, and who could offer their impressions.

This is a great mid-size guitar...possessing the comfort of a smaller-bodied guitar, as well as a rich, well-balanced voice with beautiful overtones. It features a 3-piece neck (Honduran Mahogany/Flamed-Maple/Honduran Mahogany), and a Mastergrade Tunnel-14 Redwood soundboard sitting atop quartersawn & chocolatey Cocobolo back and sides. The fingerboard, bridge, front and back headstock plates, bevels & bindings are all crafted from Gabon Ebony...and the purflings are crafted from 3D-figured Flamed Maple with rust-colored veneer lines. It has a Modified X-Fan bracing pattern underneath the soundboard, and all of the bracing has been crafted from Tunnel-14 Redwood.

Specifications:

Scale length: 25.5"
Nut width: 1 25/32"
String spread @ saddle: 2 5/16"
Thirteen frets-to-body...twenty frets total
Fingerboard Radius: 16"
Lower bout width: 15 3/16"
Body depth @ neck joint 4"...@ End Graft: 4 3/16"
Evo Gold Medium frets. Neck carve: Slim, modern-C shape
Nut, saddle and bridge pins are polished bone
Tuning Machines are Gotoh 510 Mini w/18:1 gear ratio (gold finish)
The finish is Cardinal brand nitrocellulose lacquer polished to a high gloss
Crossrock fiberglass case (white)

List price (with the Crossrock case) is $7100

I offer a 3-day trial period so you can be certain that this guitar is well suited to you. In the event you decide it's not a good fit, and you choose to return it, I simply request that you pay for the (fully-insured) return shipping.
Thanks for looking, and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions

Here’s an iPhone video of Carl Miner playing this guitar…
Again, this isn’t a professionally-recorded video…but does give you an idea of what this guitar sounds like.

I have a Two Hands Luna guitar and what stands out to me about the guitar is the way it speaks. It is so resonant. I love the tone and the ergonomics. Also the appearance is elegant, yet not flashy. Just what I was looking for. I use it for finger style playing but it also sounds great strummed.

Thanks Michael,
I’m really happy that you’re enjoying your guitar.

This Luna 000 is still available for adoption folks…and remember that I offer a 3-day trial period for anyone who’s interested.
