'23 Eastman E20D-Sunburst w/OHSC - SOLD
As I get older I'm finding that the tone of mahogany guitars is more to my liking so I've decided to sell this fairly new Eastman E20D-Sunburst. It's a beauty and plays, sounds and looks terrific. The burst is very tasteful. No dings or other known issues. I've long said that Eastman's dreads are the meaty part of the company's lineup. For most of us, this is the only Martin dread that we'll ever need. Adirondack top, snowflake fretboard inlay and herringbone trim around top. And check out the grain of that EIR on the back. Here's what Banjo Ben Clark has to say about the Eastman E20D: The E20D is essentially the pre-war herringbone of the Eastman line! They did everything right on this guitar. From the Solid Rosewood back and sides, Adirondack Spruce top and hand scalloped x-bracing, to the nitro lacquer finish, every detail is considered when making this model. And it really shows in the tone and playability. It’s one of those instruments that just fills the room with sound, and it seems to do so with no effort at all. The bottom end is lush and deep while the mids and highs punch through with some serious authority. If you want a big time pro level sound without the big time price tag, this is a brilliant option.
