For Sale: Atkin J-43 Black Pearl SOLD

I'm selling my 2022 Atkin Black Pearl, Aged. Baked Sitka top, maple back and sides. $3250 shipped to CON-US. No trades please.

I am the original owner. I bought it this past summer in an Atkin frenzy. It has about 1.5 hours of play time on it.

There are some marks on it, but they're all from the factory. It's hard to call a guitar that's aged/finish checked "mint" but this is about as close to how it came to me new as it could be.

It's resonant, light, and alive as all Atkins are. It's in no way indicative of what I normally consider Maple guitars to sound like. It's got some bite to it like maple does, but is resonant and has a sweetness to it that's very much a signature to Atkin guitars, regardless of tonewood combo. It's a stunner and I'm not looking forward to its departure.

I'm only selling it to fund a custom-order Atikin OM37 that is nearing the finish line. Too many guitars, and not enough disposable income to keep them all!
