Hey there, just wanted to comment that this is an exceptionally beautiful guitar. (unfortunately way out of my means), especially love the area around the neck and the heel. just exquisite workmanship .

Along with wanting to wish you good luck with your sale, something in your ad kind of reminded me of a question I've had for some time: you said in your original posting that you'd send it Next Day Air. I've always been curious (but never asked) if this is a safe and viable way to send a guitar. I guess I always just assumed that in a cargo hold at 30,000 feet, there would be no relative humidity to keep a guitar safe.... along with the temperature...?? but i just don't know ... again, I'm sorry if this post is out of place, I don't mean it at all to be rude or anything but I am just curious, do people actually send guitars via Air shipment? Have you done it before with no adverse effects?

Best of luck and hope you find it a new home. wish it could be me!

cheers
Scott

A little story about temperatures. When I ordered my Frog, Michael sent it by next day air from Vermont to New York City--in January. Who knows how long it sat on the tarmac, or in some truck readying for its route order. Or on the loading dock in my building. When I asked if that was safe for the guitar, he said, "just let it sit at room temp in the case, unopened, for 24 hours." Later I heard from others who said it's not the extremes of temp that matter, but how fast the instrument has to change temp. Slow is ok; fast can be trouble.

Just wow. That’s one gorgeous guitar.

If this was short scale, I might have to find a way to convince my wife I need it. So beautiful.
