That is true but their XS strings are coated no string noise, sound great and last forever. They are Elixir killers. Lol

Not afraid to customize at all. I had a Martin DJr that I refinished with a Tru Oil gunstock finish, replaced the mother of toilet seat inlays with abalone dots, bone saddle, and ebony bridge pins and matching tuner buttons. I sold that guitar, so I wouldn’t recommend doing any such work unless you can back up your modifications. In this case the buyer loved it and got a smoking deal (height of the plague) on a one-of-a-kind guitar (and kept my mind positive while the world suffered).

Thanks for the tip! I have a set of XS 12-53 waiting in the sidelines. They're next after the Magma Flat PBs I really want to try.
